Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born in DeForest and now lives in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. After that, in 1997 she earned an undergraduate degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. Anders and her Joey co star Matt LeBlanc and their relationship was in place from 2006 to 2015. They first met on the sets of the now cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). Anders began her career in the theater in 2001. In the Broadway show Proof She was Mary Louise Parker's understudy. In the following production, The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. Alongside On the Jump, New Doors in the Guthrie Theater as well as New World Rhapsody, she was also on the Arena Stage in On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater. Anders made her debut as a character in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse show. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. Anders made her debut in a commercial for television on Dannon in the late 1990s. And then, again around the year 2006. Anders has been a part of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both series were cancelled, even though she was in every episode. Anders made an appearance as guest star in One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. And Tru Calling. She appeared in five episodes on the HBO the drama Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, as well as a brief appearance in the film The Stepford Wives, playing Heather as Heather in the film, as well as in the film Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders made an appearance on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders also appeared on two television pilots that were unsuccessful. The pilots included Spellbound and News To Me. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
